In 2013 Álvaro (the owner of AMVA Developments) built a two story custom home for us. We live in TX, so good communication was critical. He and his team did an excellent job! We are still pleased with our home- his perfection and attention to detail has served us well. Two years later he came back and built the pool and patio area. What had developed was a deep trust in him as an honest, hardworking contractor. Over the years he has been back as we have changed the outdoor tile and patio doors. He is so easy to work with and so fair in how he charges for his work. He is our "go to" guy for any work around our house or our property.
