The interior is characterized by white concrete floors on the first level and teak wood floors above, with ceilings crafted from wooden slats and a kitchen cabinet in polished white concrete.
Outside, the property boasts terraces finished in textured white cement, a 3×9 m2 swimming pool, and a barbecue area complete with a bathroom and a garage that accommodates two vehicles. Adding to its charm is a 70 m2 guest cabin, featuring a bedroom, living room, open-concept kitchen, bathroom, and its own private pool, offering a perfect blend of privacy and luxury in the beautiful backdrop of Playa Hermosa.
