Built with solid concrete walls, polished concrete floors, and high gypsum ceilings, the home features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area that flows directly onto a generous terrace overlooking the beach.
Four bedrooms and three full bathrooms are thoughtfully arranged to accommodate family and guests, with warm teak accents adding a natural touch to the modern structure.
